Don't miss the fun this summer! Join the JAWS Summer Swim Team!
Summer swim league is open to participants age 5-18 years of age and is a great opportunity for swimmers to improve their skills while having fun with their friends. This year our season will begin May 16th and run through June 27th.

With Spring around the corner and exterior projects on the horizon please remember to submit ALL exterior home improvements to the ARC Committee for approval. The list of items which require approval (Design Standards) are listed in the 2010 directory on pages 16-23. | Clubhouse Renovation Project |

Hi neighbors,
We heard you this past January: The majority of residents are in favor of renovating our clubhouse to add value and function to our community. We have not forgotten your call for more transparency in bids and more options for payment plans. We would like to reinvigorate this effort - and are asking for volunteers to participate in a new, fresh Clubhouse Renewal Committee. If you would like to be hands-on in this effort, please email petekeskonis@yahoo.com by October 20th. The new committee will meet shortly thereafter to discuss the project and to get the ball rolling. |
